Chipotle Sauce Recipe

I love Chipotle’s Honey Chipotle Sauce, so I created this copycat version by playing with the ingredients listed on Chipotle’s website. Almost identical in taste to the original. Garnish with romaine lettuce, beans, corn, avocado, grilled meat, or all of the above!

Chipotle Seasoning Ingredients

The recipe’s main ingredient is Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce: dried, smoked peppers (usually red jalapeños) in a spicy tomato sauce. They can be found in the Latin section of most supermarkets.

Blend Ingredients in Food Processor

Use a blender or small food processor to quickly combine all the components.
The ingredients should be mixed in a food mixer.
