Spicy Beef Handi Recipe: How to Prepare It at Home

Ingredients:

Beef meter (cooked)

Butter 1 cup

Onions 1 pair (sliced)

food ½ cup

Ginger garlic powder 1 tablespoon

Red seasoning 1 -1 /2 teaspoon

Coriander powder 2 teaspoons

Salt 1 teaspoon

Turmeric teaspoon

Half a dozen green cardamom

Black cumin seeds 2 teaspoons

Bay leaf 2

Tomatoes ½ kg
97 Garam masala powder 2 teaspoons 7 slices)

A handful of green coriander (finely chopped)

Change state Instructions:

Take a clay pot, add buffalo buttermilk and sauté onion until brown. Remove onion and mix with yogurt.

In the same butter, brown the ginger garlic mixture then add the red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric, green cardamom, cumin seeds and bay leaf.
