Ingredients
1 lb beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/4 lb bacon strips, diced
A few medium onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 small carrots, chopped
Four cloves of garlic, chopped
1 cup dry wine or broth
1 tablespoon chopped tomatoes
1 can spaghetti sauce
2 tablespoons ties
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
9817 2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon cumin, nutmeg and pepper
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
a few tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup grated cheese

Tips
In a very Dutch casserole, sauté the beef, pork, bacon, onion, celery and carrot over medium-high heat until tender. a meat is browned I use pink; Exit. add garlic; Cook 2 more minutes. add wine; cook until liquid is reduced by half, 4 to 5 minutes.
Mix the tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, bay leaves, sugar and spices. awaken.lower the temperature; Simmer uncovered for 1.5 to 2 hours, until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Throw away the bay leaves. Add sour cream, butter and parsley; cook a few more minutes. Mix in the cheese. Serve with noodles.
